Prateekk Sahaaii works across acting and music, with credits as a singer, lyricist, composer, and performer. Between 2018 and 2020, he trained under Pt. N.K. Sharma at Act One Theatre Group, the institution founded by actor Manoj Bajpayee in 1990.

Though acting remains part of his work, music has become his primary focus. He is best known for his songs, lyrics, and music videos, many of which draw directly on his own experiences.

Sahaaii's public career began on YouTube, where he posted cover songs between 2013 and 2016. The response he received during this period encouraged him to pursue performing more seriously. He handled the entire production process himself during this time, taking on every technical and creative aspect of his early work independently.

He later stepped back from regularly posting online, though he continued writing and composing privately during this time.

Sahaaii has since returned to releasing music, sharing new work and reflections from his career across his social media platforms.
